Our Auckland Segway Events for special occasions are fun and entertaining, getting riders smiling from ear to ear in no time at all!
Just tell us what sort of event you’re planning or occasion you’re celebrating, and we can put together some customised Segway games lasting 1 ½ hours for your whole group to enjoy here in the historic village of Devonport.
We can accommodate big groups of up to 30, as well as give you suggestions on restaurants and other fun local Devonport activities that you may like to include in your special day.
Our Auckland Segway Events for special occasions are fun, memorable and a little bit quirky! Your guests will be delighted at the opportunity to participate in one of Auckland’s best party activities and are sure to leave with smiles on their faces.
TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR AUCKLAND SEGWAY GAMES, RIDERS MUST:
- Be agile and able to climb stairs unaided.
- Be able to step on and off the Segway with ease.
- Be 10 years old or over

TAKING THE FERRY?
If you’re coming from the city you can take the 12 minute ferry ride from the downtown terminal. Once here you’ll find us inside the Devonport Ferry Terminal.

Booking for the Ferry is not necessary as they run every ½ hour during the day.
AUCKLAND HARBOUR BRIDGE
If you’re driving from the City over the bridge you need to allow 45 minutes as traffic can be heavy coming into Devonport via Lake Road.
There is free 3-hour car parking outside the ferry terminal building. And a large Pay and Display parking area on the waterfront. Alternatively, you will need to find parking in the streets around the village.
FANTASTIC FACTS
Devonport, at the very southern point of Auckland’s North Shore, was one of the earliest settled areas of Auckland and has a rich Maori and maritime history
In the 1880s surrounding farm land was subdivided and large wooden villas were built in a style which has now become part of Devonport’s charm.
